  • Abs 101 - 30-minutes of beginner abs
  • Bottoms Up! - 30-minutes of hard-core lower body toning
  • Conscious breath & body awareness - 60-minutes of inner healing
  • Group Cycling - 50-minutes of wheel-spinning fun!
  • Kick Abs - 30-minutes of abs & core work
  • Kick Boxing - 45-minutes of free-form kick boxing & cardio
  • Step Aerobics - 45-minutes of heart punding fun!
  • Total Body Blast - 60-minutes of cardio & weights
  • Vinyasa Yoga - 60-minutes of moderate yoga
  • Yoga-stretch - 45-minutes of basic yoga, stretching & meditation
  • Boot Camps & Spa Retreats available upon request
