- Bottoms Up! - 30-minutes of hard-core lower body toning
- Conscious breath & body awareness - 60-minutes of inner healing
- Group Cycling - 50-minutes of wheel-spinning fun!
- Kick Abs - 30-minutes of abs & core work
- Kick Boxing - 45-minutes of free-form kick boxing & cardio
- Step Aerobics - 45-minutes of heart punding fun!
- Total Body Blast - 60-minutes of cardio & weights
- Vinyasa Yoga - 60-minutes of moderate yoga
- Yoga-stretch - 45-minutes of basic yoga, stretching & meditation
- Boot Camps & Spa Retreats available upon request
