Dani McGee, CPT, CFN, C.Ht.

Dani McGee has over 25 years of experience in the fields of fitness, exercise and nutrition. Formerly a competitive runner and cyclist, Dani has participated in a number of races, including the Rosarito to Ensenada 50-mile bike race, the Mission Bay 10-mile fun run and many 10K runs.

Dani studied weight training with world-class body builder and former Mr. Universe, Frank Vassil from 1999 to 2000, and in 2003 received certification as an Advanced Personal Fitness Trainer and Fitness Nutritionist from the National Endurance Sports Trainers Association.

Additionally, Dani is a Certified Hypnotherapist, registered with the American Board of Hypnotherapy. Dani uses hypnotherapy to assist clients in focusing on core objectives.

Dani provides personal training, nutrition counseling, and hypnotherapy services, as well as, instructing group fitness classes.

Dani’s emphasis is working from the inside out. Self-esteem is a solid foundation.

Cathleen Calkins

Cathleen Calkins has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years and indoor cycling for 15. She is a certified instructor in both and studied under Kimerberly Fowler - Nike's Yoga spokesperson. She has continued her education credits with study under Shiva Rea, Paul Grilley, Vinnie Marino and Annie Carpenter, among others.

Her yoga sequences follows a traditional vinyasa flow taking practitioners through a series of poses with emphasis on linking breath with movement and a deeper understanding of yoga. Her indoor cycling classes emphasize building strength and endurance using aerobic and anaerobic movements.

Cathleen teaches vinyasa-flow yoga and group cycling at Mountain Fitness.

Christina San Nicolas

Christina San Nicolas has over 15 years of experience as a group fitness instructor. While working in Korea she obtained her certification as a Step Aerobics Instructor from Step Reebok. Christina worked closely with the U.S. Military teaching step classes and having a great time. She has shared her passion for fitness overseas and throughout the West Coast. She has worked in extreme climates from Alaska to Las Vegas as well as throughout California. Christina teaches Kick Boxing, Step and low-impact aerobics at Mountain Fitness.

Cindy McMillan

Cindy McMillan is a Holistic Health Practitioner with a background in Reiki, reflexology, yoga therapy and conscious breathing techniques. Cindy teaches Conscious Breathing/Body Awareness at Mountain Fitness.

Glenn Yarber

Hawaiian Islander, Glenn Yarber is a long-time resident of the Big Bear Valley. Glenn is an avid mountain biker and when he is not hitting the trails he's spinning his wheels at Mountain Fitness. Watch Glenn transform from the laid-back islander into a high-energy, fun-loving group cycling instructor to the sounds of Glenn's hand-picked climbing tunes!

Toni Gerlette, CPT

Toni Gerlette grew up in Big Bear and has been active in sports for many years. After hiring a personal trainer in 2004, Toni realized that she wanted to work in the fitness industry. Toni received her certification as a Personal Fitness Trainer from the National Endurance Sports Trainers Association. Toni teaches group fitness classes at Mountain Fitness Center.
